How Booking Works

2. Give your journey details. Tell us your pickup address, destination, date, time and number of passengers, plus your flight number for airport transfers.
3. Get your confirmation. Email requests are usually answered within an hour. For an urgent pickup, call us.
4. Travel and pay. Pay by credit or debit card, online or in cash to the driver.

Payment and Cancellation

Pay by credit or debit card, online or in cash to the driver. Cancel with 24 hours’ notice or more for a full refund. Within 24 hours a cancellation fee applies, and we tell you the amount when you cancel. If you cancel after the driver has arrived or is on the way, the full fare is payable.

Can I book an airport transfer in advance?

Yes, and we recommend it. Book your Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted or London City transfer as soon as your flight time is confirmed and give us your flight number. Reading Taxis monitors your flight schedule and adjusts your pickup if it changes, with no additional charge. On arrivals, your driver can meet you holding a sign with your name, and meet and greet is free.
